Can anyone explain the ncaa divisions wrestling ?

Division 1 is the most competitive because that's where all the high school state champions end up due to full ride scholarships. Essentially Division1 is distinguished because it basically offers athletes more benefits for competing. Division 2 we see less benefits and a decline in competitiveness amongst the athletes, but eligibility requirments are less strict. Even more so for division 3 and so on.
