My cat got locked in my room for a few days and peed by my door. she is perfectly alright and she hasnt peed?

In that spot again and I have gone over the spot a bunch of times with a carpet cleaner but I can't get rid of the smell. We've been able to get rid of cat pee smell in carpets before but I'm having no such luck this times. I realize its probably soaked deep into the carpet but is there anything I can do to reduce the smell?
