Was it just me...? Question about SB play?

Am I crazy or did it look like the Steelers just ABSOLUTELY didn't care when Nick Collins was charging into their end zone? I know the offense isn't exactly suited to be catching up with a player and tackling him, but it just looked like they weren't even trying.
