Need opinions on what you think of the storyline for my book.?

I'm writing a rather "dark" sci fi that takes place in a somewhat Earth like planet (Note: The story is in fact a dystopian science fiction.) The story revolves around the lives of two brothers who's life span shapes differently, both with different destiny's, the first main character known as Isaac Benjamin is the overall "Protogonist" a rather emotional character, as the story begins he ends up joining a war (based on a rather sci fi version of either WW1 or the Vietnam War.) He withnesses certion events while in a rather "Elite" force, as two years p he comes back to "The Society" (which is the overall city life.) He begins to suffer from Manic Depression and rather early signs of Schizophrenia, overtime a group known as "The Agency" (a mix between the CIA and KGB) begin to watch him knowing that he's showing signs of being disfunctional in "The Society" (overall the world is full of large connected cities with tall skyscrs and glittering lights as ad's hover from the sky connected on large transport ships, men's focus on Science and perfection have shaped a world of rather "perfection" in both body and mind, those who arn't are either killed or forced into the "Lower Cl" which makes up over 50% of the population, the sea's are limited which force men to travel to the many moons of the planet known as "Hollis, which is the planet humanity resides on" to obtain water, as organizations grow, factories are built as they begin to poison the new world, the skies become a rather darkish, orange taint, the weather that of mostly rainy due to the many pollutions in the sky) Issac's world is that of one without Religon, Science as a dominate idea, hovering cars to the Upper Cl, cybernatics in both limbs in complete bodies, the Lower Cl living in broken down apartment complexes with broken windows as some even live togather with different families, those who have shown signs of "Resistance" or "Higher thinking" are either shunned into small cities made out of junk and trash that reside in the countryside or on other moons, the government (at first) rules as a rather Monarchy, overtime Isaac is taken from his residence by "The Agency" and is taken to a moon known as "Watergate" which is a government run "Institutaion" where Isaac is brainwashed. As for the 2nd main character known as "Arthur Benjamin" is the eldest, his destiny takes place slowly as the book details his rise to power by inating his father "King William" by staging a Coup d Etat, once he takes over the government becomes one of a rather Fascist nature as Arthur begins to "erase" those who stand in his way including suspacted "Free Thinkers, or Idealist" overtime "The Society" becomes one that revolves around rather Big Brother tactics due to the givin power to "The Agency" as raids and executions are conducted as well as drugs implemented in the food and water supplies which result in the citizens living in a world of complete arrogance, the book later on details the life of Isaac threw a brainwashed sense, by the later chapters the "Utopian" society falls under Civil War between small gangs that later formed into a full on Resistance group and the Royal Army (The Society's fighting force or army) Isaac becomes one of the few that slowly wakes up, from there he join's the "Idealist Front" and is then known as a Terrorist as "The Agency" conducts a manhunt for Isaac, from their the book details the spreading Civil War.
