Virus in memory card, please help.?

Mine is sony ericsson W350i handset. Memory card is 158MB. I was not able to open the pictures when plugged it to the computer. The pictures and songs are not getting opened. I scanned my mob and cleared the viruses. But still i cant open the pictures option. If flash memory card ll lose all my photos so hesitating to do it. I want to view my pictures in sys, wat can i do for it? Please help....
