So I wanna go ahead and do some things to really turn this quiet guy on?

Ok so I know him very well and have for a while, I also know he likes me. He's kind of reserved and not to big on PDA but I want to really turn him on. Nothing really major or anything, just simple stuff like touching his arm and blowing on his ear (do most guys really like that or is that one of those it depends on the guys situations)...but what other small things can I do to get him really reved up?
