Theres this song n i cant figure out wat it is?

its sorta like old schoolish...except its new....and i cant really understand him but hes talkin bout a girl that he loves n why she wont go to him...i think it starts out as "i see you walkin down the street with the girl i love" something like that...its a song that gets u moving... any help?
