How to get a dog to stop being scared of flies?

my aunty has a jack russell X toy poodle, sice my aunty works he comes to my house and plays with my dog. a couple of months ago he was stung by a bee and since then he is extremely wary of flies and sometimes will try to eat them and other times tries to run from them. is there anyway to stop him from being so scared? thanx
