Who are the 10 best QB's in the last 30 years?

When you ask this question so many times you get people talking about Bradshaw, Fran Tarkenton, Plunkett, Unitas, many great QB's... but let's do it like this... the QB's would need to have flourished after 1980. In no particular order these are my 10... John Elway, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Steve Young, Troy Aikman, and Jim Kelly. I base these selections on a combination of Stats, Talent, Superbowl Victories and Appearances.
